Friday night is SKA night
A big change for 2024 is that the festival will start on the Friday evening. It was decided that the first night for 2024 will be a SKA night.
The 2 biggest SKA bands in North Dorset BIG BRASS SKA & D’SKA ASSASSINS will come together for a night of Madness, The Specials, Bad Manners, The Beat, Reel Big Fish, Bob Marley and many more with the odd original thrown in for good measure.
These 2 bands know each other well and often help each other out when needed.
Each band will play their own sets coming together at the end with a big finale.
They both have their own style but they have one thing in common which is they will both get you up on to the dance floor dancing (skanking) the night away.
